TempoMate Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TempoMate: Metronome iOS app and the website at trailnest.codemxm.com operated by CodeMXM.
The Service
TempoMate: Metronome provides a metronome, tuner, practice log, and related tools for musicians. Features may differ between the free version and TempoMate Pro.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TempoMate: Metronome for personal, non-commercial practice purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
TempoMate Pro (One-Time Purchase)
TempoMate Pro is a one-time, non-consumable, lifetime unlock processed through Apple In-App Purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Pricing is shown in the App Store at purchase time. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TempoMate: Metronome, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it unlawfully.
Your Content
Practice data you create in TempoMate: Metronome remains yours. You are responsible for backing up or exporting data you wish to keep.
Disclaimers
TempoMate: Metronome is provided "as is." While we strive for accurate timing and tuning, we do not guarantee professional-grade calibration for all environments. Use at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeMXM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of TempoMate: Metronome.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be posted on this page.
